Vito VIP uses a six-passenger reference and provides a more personal cabin for families and small teams. Sprinter VIP suits larger delegations with nine-to-twelve-passenger aisle layouts. Seven-seat Vitos or higher-capacity Sprinters require separate arrangements; do not assume the pictured VIP lounge remains unchanged.
Prioritise individual reclining seats, a table, screens, HDMI, audio, starlight roof, fridge or hot drinks according to your programme. A mobile office, family and touring group need different equipment. Confirm the configuration using the vehicle-page options and current images of the allocated vehicle.
Six cases in a Vito and twelve large cases in a Sprinter are planning references; dimensions and seating determine the actual fit. Do not assume twelve guests plus equipment fit in one minibus. Provide a passenger and equipment list early to assess extra luggage arrangements or a second vehicle.

A group leaving one hotel needs a different plan from a delegation arriving on several flights or joining at different addresses. Identify who joins where and when. A single vehicle or several vehicles can be considered according to luggage, stops and timing as well as total numbers. When not everyone travels on every leg, assess the seating requirement for the busiest part of the programme.
“Ten passengers” does not describe the same requirement as ten passengers with large suitcases and cabin bags. Count large cases, smaller bags, pushchairs, exhibition materials and sports equipment separately. Business presentation equipment can affect placement too. Do not infer luggage space from advertised seat capacity; check the actual proposed layout. Additional items disclosed later may change vehicle suitability, not just passenger comfort.
A designated contact reduces conflicting instructions from different members of the group. That person can distribute the agreed pickup and readiness time, while discussing changes with the transport team. Share only the passenger information needed for the operation. Instead of circulating identity documents in open groups or the quote form, discuss whether such information is necessary and agree an appropriate channel with the actual service provider.
A Beyoğlu event venue, a Sultanahmet hotel and a Maslak meeting centre may use very different vehicle entrances. Do not assume that a larger vehicle can stop wherever a small sedan can. Ask the venue contact about entry and group boarding arrangements. If the programme covers both sides of Istanbul, considering stops geographically can help, while fixed meetings and flight times still determine the priorities.

Custom VIP lounges and higher-capacity group minibuses use different layouts. A 10–16-person programme should not be treated as a smaller lounge configuration. For a Sprinter or alternative minibus, share seating, high-roof, luggage and table requirements together.
Use dimensions when planning golf bags, skis and winter luggage. Alongside historic-peninsula, Sultanahmet and Hagia Sophia visits, longer Cappadocia or Black Sea tours need journey-day and overnight-stop details. The group coordinator, chauffeur and operations team follow one itinerary.
Request presentation tables, Smart TV, PlayStation, Netflix, premium audio, reclining or massage seating, a starlight ceiling, refrigerator and hot/cold water unit. Prioritise equipment alongside seating capacity when selecting the interior conversion.

Begin with passenger and luggage details. A model family does not guarantee a particular seating arrangement. Assess the proposed layout, all belongings and the journey type together before deciding which option fits.
You can request this. Provide numbers, bags and vehicle entrances for both properties. Agree the stop order, readiness times and whether everyone is travelling to the same appointment.
Mention a possible split return at the beginning. One vehicle should not be assumed to cover different departure times simultaneously. Separate returns or an additional vehicle need consideration within the overall programme.
