A six-passenger VIP cabin is not a standard Vito
This page focuses on a chauffeur-driven bespoke VIP conversion. The six-passenger reference allows individual seating and personal space. A seven-seat alternative can be a different vehicle; the same cabin photo is not proof of another capacity. Include children in the passenger total.
Define the VIP equipment package
Captain seats, massage or heating, Smart TV, Apple TV, PlayStation, a starlight roof, intercom and privacy partition vary by conversion. A mobile office may prioritise a table, power and Wi-Fi; a family may prioritise screens and child seats. Confirm internet and content-access conditions separately.
Six cases plus a pushchair?
Six cases are a reference, not a universal fit. Large hard-shell luggage dimensions, rear seating and a pushchair affect the result. Provide approximate dimensions for each case, folded pushchairs and hand luggage in one list. Compare a Sprinter or additional vehicle for luggage-heavy parties.

A family airport arrival

Special VIP equipment options include a lifting Smart TV partition, intercom, Apple TV, Netflix, PlayStation, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, Nespresso and minibar. Specify screen connectivity, work or family entertainment needs; equipment combinations vary by conversion.
VIP capacity and chauffeur service
The custom lounge Vito is planned for 6 passengers and 6 large suitcases. Ask separately about seating and luggage in alternative 7-passenger layouts. VIP Vito and Sprinter services are chauffeur-driven; self-drive hire is not offered for these VIP categories.

Does every VIP Vito have the same seating layout?
No. Interior conversions, model years and seating arrangements can differ. If facing seats or specific equipment matter to you, include them in your request. The arrangement must be confirmed in the vehicle assigned to your journey.
Can I request a child seat?
Yes. Share the child’s age and the information needed to assess a suitable seat. Availability, placement and any additional charge are clarified in advance. Adding a child seat to your notes does not by itself confirm that it is available.
Can a pushchair and large suitcases travel together?
Suitability depends on their dimensions, passenger numbers and seating arrangement. Provide the folded pushchair size, large case count and other bags. A different layout or a larger vehicle can be considered if needed.
Is Vito suitable for a wheelchair user?
Not every Vito is wheelchair accessible. Discuss whether the chair folds, the passenger’s transfer needs and any required assistance equipment. Do not finalise the booking until any need for a ramp or specially adapted vehicle has been checked.
What happens if our group becomes larger?
Update the request with the new passenger total and luggage details. Sprinter or multiple vehicles may be considered. A vehicle change can affect availability and price, so do not assume the previous quote remains unchanged.
How many passengers can Mercedes Vito VIP take?

Request Wi-Fi if needed. Confirm availability on the allocated vehicle, coverage, usage conditions and any charge; uninterrupted connectivity is not promised.
Are bridges and tollways included in the rates?
