U-ETDS is Türkiye’s electronic transport tracking and monitoring system, operated by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure. It supports the recording and supervision of transport activity within the relevant legislation. Read the Ministry’s explanation.
Which passenger services does it cover?
The Ministry distinguishes scheduled and non-scheduled passenger transport. Its scope information lists A1, A2, B1, B2, D1 and D2 authorisation holders among passenger operators. The applicable requirements depend on the operator’s authorisation and the journey. Check the official scope.
What does this mean when planning a transfer?
Share the date, route and passenger count when requesting a quote. Before confirmation, ask which operator and vehicle will provide the journey and which passenger details are required. The Ministry’s passenger transport guidance explains the categories of journey, vehicle, personnel and passenger information.
Our website enquiry is an initial planning request. Do not enter passport numbers, identity numbers or copies of personal documents into the public enquiry fields; arrange any necessary document exchange directly with the confirmed operator through an agreed channel.
How should travellers check the service?
Request written confirmation of the itinerary, vehicle category, operator details, quoted price and change conditions. Ask separately about relevant authorisation documents and insurance. A U-ETDS entry alone is not a substitute for reviewing those documents or the agreed service terms.
Where can current rules be checked?
Reporting deadlines and responsibilities should be checked against the current official guidance for the particular service. This page is a general introduction, not a compliance assessment or a statement that every vehicle is covered by the same authorisation. Official source links reviewed on 4 October 2026.
